Stress.
Operations Supervisor in Boston:
Do not take this job. Management team makes poor decisions. More work is taken on without a plan of action and you will be forced to figure out how to proceed and be held accountable. This will be in addition to any procedure or duty you are already held accountable for. You will not be compensated properly. This company will not give you a raise ever. They will tell you that your bonus is your raise but bonus' are not guaranteed. If you like your sanity do not expect to hold onto it in this position.
