Operations Director Reviews

What is it like working as an Operations Director?

July 2016
Find a job that you both enjoy, and challenges you.
Operations Director:
Having a job that provides me with near constant projects to work on, challenges to overcome, solutions to find, processes to optimize means that I'm rarely bored. And I'm quite the puzzle solver so a lot of times accomplishing these things is fun to me. With having challenges to drive me forward towards solutions my job would get boring very fast. The people I work with are pretty awesome and fun to work with. They are a large part of my satisfaction with this job. Our company also has a rather noble goal in terms of trying to help the world address some very big problems. We are a relatively small company but time and again we prove among those that know us and the issues we work on that a small company can make a difference if it's heart is in the right place.
