Operations Director:
I have worked for almost 10 years at my firm and they take me for granted. I always put in extra time, took over other duties when people messed up and now it is the expected norm. I am overworked, under appreciated and under paid. All the additional duties and hours are now expected and not thanked or compensated. I should of made a stand earlier and now I find it hard for the company to see my true value.

Once you have faculty and staff you need to delegate tasks and accountability and establish work schedules. Most importantly you must supervise the faculty and staff and monitor and evaluate their performance.
