Pros: I love the ability to work with a variety of industries - from representing a salon/spa to a property management company to a dentist to a travel agency.
I love having the opportunity to help and watch brands grow because of the work that I do.
Cons: I am the least-paid person at this company and I have been here over a year - longer than less-qualified, slower, and higher-paid employees. I have taken on many extra responsibilities upon request and have not been compensated for going above and beyond to learn more about these positions.
