I love it. I’ve been given the opportunity to manage 3 hospitals and learn and grow.

Pros: I love my team and talking/ teaching them but also learning from them.
Cons: Feeling like I can’t always help them when short staffed. Especially when multiple call outs happen at all 3 locations.

My boss and coworkers were great even though the pay wasn't. There were nice customers as well as not so-nice customers. Bonus was superb once you maintained at least 85% of the clients. The fees for simple returns were too high! But people still loved our services.
