Pros: The excitement that comes when working in a busy hospital

Pros: I like helping people who are dissatisfied or unhappy with their service; I want our clients to be happy.
Cons: Dealing with staff members who do poor work, including poor documentation and rude treatment of patients. I also dislike having to deliver office supplies on a daily basis to the different hospital units.
