Our staff our the best you'll find in home health.
Nursing Director in Miami Beach:
Pros: Beautiful homes

Nursing Director in John Day:

March 2020
Be prepared to be treated like a disposable commodity. Toliet paper is more precious than you will ever be, regardless of how much you do. Unless, you close your eyes and just play the "yes" game.
Nursing Director in Wildwood:
Pros: The ability to advocate for and make a difference in the lives of those we serve-the senior population.
Cons: The political game playing and the behind the scenes mentality that regardless of the PR the only thing that matters is how many heafs are in the beds and not if the residents are actually an appropraite fit for the venue depite whatever lip service is provided. Heads in beds equals bragging rights and promotions for the two male superiors whose only concern is focusing on the numbers and NOT on any quality of care. Find a scrape goat for any issues and hope that buys them time until the next round.
February 2020
Stressful.
Nursing Director in Sebring:
Pros: Opportunity to influence other nurses to be better
Cons: No pay when nurse administrator have to cover a vacant shift
January 2020
Satisfying working with nursing staff and patient it not satisfying working with the providers.
Nursing Director in Watertown:
Pros: Making a difference for our patients
Cons: Working with physicians who are not collaborative and are inflexible.
January 2020
Run as fast as you can!! Staffing issues.
Nursing Director in Overland Park:
Pros: There are some great employees and Dr.Geha is amazing he is very knowledgeable as the medical director. The type of residents are from LTAC and unweanable. You learn total patient care. Skills galore.
Cons: No Teamwork, expectations are not acheiveable. Long term airway patients with families that don't understand what it means when their loved one won't be able to be weaned from the vent. Families don't understand nor do most have funds even for a funeral. When a death occurs it is a nightmare.
