Pros: My patients need me. I can provide teaching and help them understand their treatments for cancer and blood disorders. My patients appreciate what I do for them.
Cons: Understaffed. There is a lack of consideration by management to grasp the needs of a busy oncology office and the difference in our patient's needs compared to others.

Its a very onteresting field. You need to be inquisitive and do a lot of research to keep up to date with this ever changing field. Need to be very patient as patients are very demanding and emotionally draining.
