Pros: Im by myself at night, doing tasks at my own pace, keeping the hotel safe.
Cons: Team members not respecting others, not showing up or calling when scheduled and getting away with it!

Pros: The hospitality industry is epic in Washington state, so many ways to earn a living.
Cons: The homeless/transient atmosphere. The overcrowding.

Denver is a fast growing fast paced nature blessed city full of vibrant life of all varieties and definitely one of the best cities in the world to live in..... Cost of living here is sky high though.

Pros: Revenue potential this property has. Id enjoy being able to do group sales and marketing to the local area I know I could increase repeated revenue by @ least 20% if I would be allowed to do what I did at my last property.
Cons: The hastle work environment with the turn over rate there is a reason this place is operated like a high school girls locker room

Cons: How naturally you can’t get paid a lot in a small town. Even if I am 19 I’m working full time and should be getting at least a livable wage.
