Job satisfaction.
National Sales Manager:
Pros: Dealing with various size companies and from different regions of the country. The challenges of increasing sales, implementing new products and building relationships. Being seen a s a senior member of staff has raised my profile which in turn has involved me in projects/meetings that I wouldn't have in the past.
Cons: Excessive travel which results being stuck in traffic. I miss the day to day contact with customers. The buzz of the daily sale.
