Cons: Driving in own car out into the community. The high needs to the clients. The constant stress of client needs and supervisor expectations.

Pros: I love helping children develop healthy daily living skills and as well as develop healthy social skills.
Cons: The added stress of the politics with State Funded programs for children with mental health issues.

Pros: Geriatric population many resources for care.
Cons: Traffic is difficult in the center of town.

Mental Health Case Manager in Lexington Park:
Pros: Everything is close together which makes travel convenient.
Cons: There are minimal resources for mental and behavioral health consumers. There are absolutely no resources for children who need mental health services. There are no low cost activities for youth that come from low income families. The cost of living in the area is significantly higher than what most employers chose to pay.
