Promotions/training are not possible after 2 years.

Cons: after 2 years of basic training, they are not able to offer more nor are they willing to invest in training.
promotions within the same job position is not possible, the role of "senior" engineer is not given with in the company only as a hiring method to meet someone's pay request.

A company with good people and bad bureaucracy.

Pros: TLC has great people here that want to help. I have co-workers that I would consider to be lifelong friends.
Cons: TLC is too top heavy. We have all this work coming in and nobody to work it. 60-70 hours at minimum to fresh young employees.
