Pros: I love the fact that my position has challenged me to take strides forward in educating myself in the digital marketing space. I love taking what I have learned and using my own creativity to implement these tactics as well as educating my team on these new methods.
Cons: The only thing I dislike is feeling like I am undervalued. I have a feeling that this misunderstanding stems from the lack of comprehension behind what it is I do. People know it works, but do not understand what it has taken to get us there.

Although my degree is a fine arts degree I have had an interest in the marketing and advertisement industry and have really grown in that area. I think with my knowledge and skill level fro graphic design, Interior Design and Marketing I have found that the housing industry is a great place I can use all my skills effectively.
