Cons: Nothing at All. Life is bliss, I get free apps.
January 2017
Employee satisfaction.
Marketing Analyst in Columbus:
Pros: Casual dress code. Casual work environment. 0-10% professionalism expected.
Cons: No professionalism. Team is very friendly but very loud at times. Since I have some mind job to do, it is hard at times to concentrate when other people are yelling on the phone or at each other.
Management and goals are not transparent. Since I am a contractor, I don;t get the required information how the company is doing and what are the goals we are trying to hit.
Work is pretty much monotonous. Feels like I am on a one way road, where I help the company, but I don't learn anything in return. No scope for mutual growth.
