Pros: I like that I can live in a rural community, but have easy access to a regions with lots of businesses and universities.
Cons: Traffic in this area is a nightmare. Developers have been enabled by the politicians they fund to build without regard for sustainable growth. Infrastructure can't support all the people, and is not being improved. Need more public transportation (like widespread light rail, busses that run more frequently).
