Dysfunctional.
Maintenance Director in Oceanside:
Pros: I enjoy problem solving however I am surprised by the ineptitude of most coworkers.
Cons: I'm surprised that the company is still in business to be honest. I have witnessed a disregard for state and federal regulations and most recently a violation of property law. From previous work experience I know what was done could result in prison sentences for those responsible.
