Logistics Manager:
Pros: No supervision. Lots of creativity. My manager trustes me and gives me lots of freedom with my tasks. I receive positive feedback on my work, I mean, my manager expresses his gratitude about the quality of my projects.
Cons: Not having the salary I was looking for (87000).
