Today in the world of tough competition, every employer has the pressure to reduce the cost with out compromising in quality. The Logistics activity (From procurement to collection) has the potential to reduce the cost by improving & streamlining the activities. Collection of payment is also one of the major issue where the payment has been blocked by the reasons wrong/incomplete supply, wrong documentations, commercial/lc terms not followed etc, we have to worked out or corrective actions has to be taken to avoid such blockage.

It takes many years to prepare for a position as a logistics manager; it represents the collective wisdom of several sub-disciplines (e.g., training, technical writing, logistics engineering, packaging and transportation, and reliability). Those who take the time to master this body of knowledge will be equipped to achieve great things; those who attempt to fast track through the journey, will do more harm than good and ultimately end their career early.
