What is it like working as a Lighting Designer?

January 2015
Good Customer Service.
Lighting Designer:
If you win the customer over with your confidence and personality, you will get the sale. But have them physically measure the fixture out in the space first before purchase. Don't try to push a sale through. Your customers will appreciate that. It's not just about the bath bar or pendants sold. It's about turning that customer into a lifetime customer. They will in turn refer you to all their friends. Provide good customer service to everyone that walks into your store.
