Miserable.

Pros: I do really like my boss, he's a great guy who genuinely cares about his employees. I also like that he trusts me to do my job, and let's me tackle the tasks required with my own methods and in my own time so long as I hit those hard deadlines.
Cons: Compensation, no benefits, can't claim all the hours I work, no chance for advancement or a living wage, no transparency on wages or anything, groups end up treating us awful, often no bathroom or food breaks because the groups won't let us and the building won't enforce it.
