If you are able to and want to get your rn. Go soon. One you have kids it is much harder.

Pros: 3 day work week. Accruing PTO.
Cons: Under staffed. No relief for short staffing.

Being a nurse you're going to have to develop thick skin. Dont take anything personal. Always beware of your surroundings. Be patient with your patients. Some things you're just going to learn out in the field and remember you wont always be the new grad.
