Over worked with terrible mgmt. And low pay.

Pros: The patient population and the team I work within.
Cons: Executives management, favoritism, poor practice managers, no bonuses; only for mgmt. and the executives. No hazard pay during the pandemic. Little care for an employee when leave is required for surgery, demanding employee return to work against medical advice, and low hourly pay.

Pros: The most I like about my job at the VA is it is a learning facility and our doctors enjoy educating staff and patients when asked. Our patients are one of a kind and they appreciate the staff. The staff treat you like family and tend to look out for one another.
