Understand clearly if you are getting a job or a career.
Lead Systems Engineer:
Don't hover too long. Quickly determine if you will find a mentor and thereby grow where you are, if that does not happen then all you have is a job and you will eventually become stale at what you do. All will become routine and even if you are paid well, and have lots of benefits, overall you will not grow as individual and thereby you will not realize your capacity, and your passions may be extinguished. And nobody gains anything if that happen, not you as a capable and limitless individual, but also the company where you are, which will only see in you a tool and not a pillar of excellence.

Good place to work but no growth.
Lead Systems Engineer:
Pros: Work life balance, facilities, leaves, learnings.
Cons: No growth, long working hrs, late night calls, work pressure.
