What is it like working as a Laborer, Freight, Stock, Material Mover, Hand?
December 2019
It was difficult , I would be told to build a certain amount of bikes and was yelled at when I was finished with nothing left to do and was yelled at again when I would find things to do like clean up or stock.
Laborer, Freight, Stock, Material Mover, Hand in Elmer:
Pros: I was left to do my job in peace with no one looking over my shoulder allowing me to build my bikes in excellent quality
Cons: The only thing I disliked about my job was b certain supervisors and managers who would complain about me because of my willingness to do more than I should and go farther than my position of assembler called for

Laborer, Freight, Stock, Material Mover, Hand in Pasadena:
Pros: My direct supervisor. I've had three in a year and a half with the company. Each had their advantages, the first would allow us to work as much overtime as possible when in season. The second was very helpful in maintaining my position at work during my divorce. The last and current supervisor can see how much work and dedication i put in and adequately rewards me for it!
Cons: Without my boss there to babysit the unload team about half of them are dead weight. People want to be paid to do nothing if they can get away with it versus being productive to make the time pass faster and get the job done

Awesome, for the most part.
Laborer, Freight, Stock, Material Mover, Hand in Rogers:
Pros: Its very chill, they leave you to your work, I love popping in some headphones and listening to music/audiobooks while I'm there.
Cons: I feel theres very little incentive to work faster or more effectively. Often we get done early because were tired and want to go home, but because we are paid hourly we'd be better off working slower.
