Cons: A few hostile co workers who put the blame on your team lead and team for a simple mistake and constantly put other problems disassociated on the team but it honestly depends on which location

Pros: Enjoy helping customers, however it has become difficult the last year plus as the stores can’t seem to manage inventory control and many common products are out of stock for weeks at a time
Cons: Wages, promised advancement opportunities that never happen this place treats the employees like they can be replaced every day. They don’t value any ideas for improving the stores nor retaining the good working staff

Pros: I like working at allied van lines because the job is new and different almost every day. A lot of outside work moving people and working in the warehouse. It’s always something new.

They definitely make you feel needed, but dont like to give you the hours you need to live unless you are a manager, and then they work you to death.
