Pros: Amazing location. Great locals. Decent weather.
Cons: Tourists. Negligent/apathetic bosses. Selfish/entitled mentality. Summer traffic.

DOES NOT PAY ENOUGH??
Kitchen Manager:
Pros: Atmosphere. Adrenaline rush. Speed. Family style team.
Cons: Hours, no over time. Hard to reach bonus. No extra pay for bank holidays/weekends. Hour cuts. Pressure extra hygiene and food allergen laws applied over the years but hours are constantly cut and salaries are stagnant, more responsibility added with no extra pay. You will struggle to find staff for kitchens. Making you have to work harder. Not even share of tips.
