Kitchen Chef:
Pros: The environment is great.the people are so friendly and helpful. The hours are great with also the overtime.the people are so friendly and helpful.also with the medical benefits and the pay vacations that's what makes it just such a good place.
Cons: This job requires a lot of additional duties and in my opinion the position is not compensated for the amount and quality of work that the workers do.

Cons: No! I really like work as a Japanese chef because I have a passion to serve our customer a food from us !

Be prepared for no social life as you have to work when most people don't if you can handle that you won't have a problem. You must have a love of food and creativity.
