Pros: Being able to help clients, learning new things everyday, the job is not monotonous, you can expect different issues every day.
Cons: Having to depend on carriers' time for approval or processing of requests, high stress levels.

Cons: Little or no prospects I'd say, no clear direction from employer.

Pros: One woman show, business development, KOL management, generation of the first sales, market access management exposure on several levels and high public relations with VIP.
Cons: No private life continuous non stop work, managing inside work load and outside management of account paralleled. Exaustion, fatigue, long hours.
