>Responsible to take care the assigned key accounts/Client in terms of approaching, understanding requirements, efficient and to establish very strong and long lasting relationship with Clients.
>Analyze competitor bench-marking through price comparisons: pricing/inventory analysis, reviewing international and local competitors.
>Explaining the hotels about the demand and supply trend to yield maximum benefit for both parties.
>Actively involved to make hotel understand the importance of participating in special offer’s and promotions to obtain maximum visibility and conversions.

Industry & Product Knowlege.
Key Account Manager:
Know your products technically and operationally. Be aware of your oposition offerings. Be involved with the industry, be relentless, do not be in a comfort zone. Go get new business and service existing customers, building longterm relationships. Accept that you will not always get the deal.
Make sure you have a fresh plan / guideline of forward planning every week. Communicate with your senior in the office daily, even when out on the road or out of country. Give constant feedback of the good and bad experiences in the market. Gather market intelligence of your product and other products.
