January 2019
Inventory Specialist:
So far it has been a very great place to work. You can't beat the benefits, free health insurance, excellent vision and dental insurance, and pretty good compensation. You'll never get paid what you would in the private sector of course, but the retirement and benefits are totally worth it. The culture of the campus is amazing, and I have loved making all the connections I've made. Some departments utilize a matrix that plugs in all of your experience and spits out your wage. A lot of times there isn't any negotiating, but this isn't every department. It's very hard to get into the university from the outside.

Inventory Specialist in Boise:
