It Depends.

Pros: I like the work in inventory, and we are growing and adapting to the changes of SHSU. We are too small and have been quickly outpaced by growth and are struggling to keep up
Cons: I am not adequately titled for what I do, therefore my pay is quite low. We are also being reorganized and that causes confusion. There is too much work for my department to handle.

Pros: I love puzzling out the numerous causes of the constant chaos and applying different solutions until one works. The people are SO amazing for the most part.
Cons: My direct lead was put into a leadership role he isn't prepared for. He's cautious of almost all change. Proposal of changes are at best met with indifference but usually it's challenged in an aggressive manner absent of reasonable discussion
