This is a very rewarding career path, you will have the chance to develop a variety of projects related to your field of training delivery, at the same time you will be constantly exposed to a broad variety of professionals from different walks of life.
You must create a plan that you will be able to deliver within a timeframe, tailored to your specific audience at the time of delivery and them keep the same interactive dynamic until the conclusion of that course. You will have the chance to evaluate your students, as well as yourself evolution within that timeframe, and improve your delivery every following course or program. Keep optimistic and be a great communicator, if you are a people oriented person, you will definitely enjoy this job! "All the best"

Pros: What I like about my job is that I can meet new people every time that the school / semester starts. The challenges that we face as an instructor that can mold a student's life in the future. The way we can influence the future of the children also had an impact to how we feel about our work.
Cons: We tend to take our job back at home.
