Pros: Being able to interact with clients with all sorts of problems, knowing you can help them with their issues. Being around the latest technology.
Cons: Management does not communicate, systems constantly break, staff isn't given the time to train, promotions take a year to promote, policies aren't followed or are not communicated, in total respect isn't given to those who deserve it and those who are lazy or negative get away with it.
