Pros: Conduct research abroad opportunities. Work remotely. Supportive teammates overseas. Self-management.
Cons: A strict and Old-school way of work. Need to find self-commute to work with no car parking spot in the company(need to park outdoor with burning hot weather. Unsupportive colleague and manager. No flex time. Super uncreative environment. Bad managements.

Industrial Designer:
Pros: Work flexibility, new challenges to be solved every day, great team leader, family-like atmosphere.
Cons: Upper management is male dominant and often only interested in pushing forward with their own ideas instead of listening to the end consumer's feedback in order to create new/ better products, too much competition when teamwork is necessary to accomplish a common goal, a lot of 'I need this yesterday' requests from upper management.

Pros: I learn a lot and I feel luke I can grow much as a designer, researcher, and an engineer. Most of all, I am happy to go to work everyday.
Cons: Some odd decisions made by the directors.
