Human Resources (HR) Operations Manager:
Stress is a part of the job. The most important skill is organization, and Patience. One needs to be thorough, listen well, focus on the task at hand and try never to get caught up on the gray matter of the job. Most importantly in order to succeed in the job, one's demeanor should be even keel. Like I always say "I believe in Good Morning and Good Night, because no matter what happens you start you day off on the right foot, and you end your day well. Tomorrow is a new day.
