Pros: It is a small town although fairly large. You are never to far from anywhere. We have seasons and lots of lakes nearby.
Cons: Employees stay in their jobs for along time so there isn't always a lot of room for movement.

Great little city that feels like a town.

Pros: The commute is nice and beautiful area of the country. The cost of living is reasonable and the housing is also reasonable in price. Lots of outdoor activities and lots of culture since we have a university in our city.
Cons: The compensation can be dicey based on who you know and what you know and the employment is hard to break into... If you do not have a connection via networking.
