Human Resources (HR) Coordinator in Baltimore:
Pros: I like it when I can truly help someone and they are satisfied with the outcome.
Cons: With the restricting of HR over the last few years, much of what I enjoyed doing has being split up and sent of to the newly created Solution Center. What has been left behind is mindless work that requires no thought. After twenty years of progressive increase in responsibility, the job has become an entry level position.
