I've Learned A Lot.
Human Resources (HR) Coordinator in Moss Point:
Pros: Fairly relaxed atmosphere. Can come and go as we please as long as our work gets done. No micro-management. Get to learn something new everyday.
Cons: No training whatsoever provided for Home Office positions. Pay far below industry average in all positions. Serious lack of communication from leadership. Very little room for advancement. Many broken processes.
