Human Resources (HR) Associate:
Pros: Interacting with people, interviewing, job fairs.
Cons: The paid and since I'm working in non-profit its not a lot of money for ad and job postings. And the pay rate for the positions that I have to fill isn't the best.

Pros: The office environment, the people I work with.
Cons: I have been underpaid than what I should have been.

Cons: Having our head office in a different province.
