Pros: I enjoy helping people. I enjoy the customer service aspect to my job. I enjoy doing spreadsheet in order to make a process more organized. HR events are cool as well.
Cons: Sitting at the front desk. Not being able to work mostly at home. Always playing catch up with my off or sick.

Cons: It is sometimes overwhelming. There is a lot to do. Hard to keep track of all of the deadlines.
