Pros: Can take off when really needed and is overall more enjoyable than some of the other work I've done, such as wax injection/assembly in factory.
Cons: Sporadic hours (seasonal), or atleast working for this individual, low pay, more stressful than necessary and overall not the way I would run it if it was my business.

Cons: No matter the job I do, there is always something that needs to be done that can be of distress though at the end of the day its a very rewarding result given of the jobs accomplished.
