What is it like working as a High School Teacher?

Teaching life.
High School Teacher:
Pros: It is very rewarding when someone understand something you've just explained to them and they are able to use the information productively. I also really enjoy working with the youth, not just in a classroom teaching Accounting or Maths, but also sharing about the truths of life and seeing how the learners grow into responsible young people with dreams and a passion for living and making a difference.
Cons: To much politics. The main purpose of school (education young people into being successful and independent one day) is so often interrupted by unnecessary problems, some personal and some not so much.

It is so difficult because now & then the department accuses you of things you've never done.
High School Teacher:
Pros: I like being around school children & imparting something in them so that they may have a bright future.
Cons: The enviroment it is not that much satisfying for an individual to teach in.

Private schools offer competitive salaries with a more pleasant and less stressful working environment than public schools.

Cons: It is a lot of work and takes a lot of time. But it is completely worth it.
