Head Cashier in Westbank:
I love my job, I find it very rewarding, although with the minimum wage going up I feel that us long time employees that are asked to lead by example and train, and in a leadership role should be compensated , with an appropriate wage adjustment. I have worked for the company for 18 years so hopefully that will be taken into consideratation, if not I will not feel valued, making a couple of dollars more than someone who has just been put in the role.
