Negative & harassment by Store Manager.

July 2021
My regular customers are the reason I've remained for four years. I have a left arm/hand disability.
Head Cashier in St. Paul:
Pros: The customers! Plus, most of my co-workers. Very supportive.
Cons: How Store Mgr. treats me: a 'certifiable' Malignant Narcissist. Am being pressured into commission sales - which are NOT permitted by Social Security Disability. *I'm being harassed by store mgmt, despite explaining SSD rules - that I must follow - OR LOSE MY MONTHLY BENEFITS. Fyi: for every commission sale made, the store mgr. makes double. *I'm the employee who has worked at my store, the longest, which includes the store manager. A concerted effort is being made, to force me to quit. I'm the 'older' and ONLY Disabled employee working there, which CVS Corp would rather not have to deal with - medically - re work restrictions, etc. Seriously? What employer requires the disabled worker to obtain a Dr's note, allowing the employee to BRIEFLY sit on a chair, re lumbar Scoliosis?? *Quote per Store Mgr: "Last night, on camera, I saw you sitting on the orange stool... it looks bad when customers walk in." OMG right?
May 2021
Very stressful.
Head Cashier in Shelbyville:
Pros: I feel like I'm amazing at customer service and making sure my cashiers are comfortable as well as making sure they get breaks and lunches on time.
Cons: Feeling like others believe I'm not good at my job, or good enough. When infact sometimes I do more at the service desk than they do.
