I would say having a self rewarding attitude to make sure that you where in a good place I your life where work was the only problem. Never let it bother you that for every Tear sweat n all your dedicaton you put in wont be recognized. Can leave at the end of the day with another work day down and continue being yourself.

Pros: I like that our cafe is in a library so there is a wide variety of customers that come in. I enjoy serving people and hearing or seeing their excitement or satisfaction when they enjoy their meal and experience. I also enjoy the guest interaction and getting to talk to and meet so mane people throughout the day.
Cons: The owner is brutal to work with and has a horrible temper. He creates many unnecessary hurdles that constantly need to be jumped over.
