When they tell you the payscale for your job is ex: $9.25 and maximum is $11.83 be sure to only accept the job for the highest level of pay. Also be weary of working for a "Family Related Practice." Keep in mind that the same rules in a setting like this do not apply to everyone.

Cons: I work for a doctor who is in it for the money, which he wants to receive passively without doing any work. I know he would prefer to stay home and get a check from the profits of other healthcare practitioners in the practice.
