I wish I knew how many hours were required for the position.
Food and Beverage Director:
When negotiating your salary fully take the time to assess the hours worked prior to accepting the offer and the demands of the new position. Make sure it makes sense to take less cash pay in exchange for benifits. Always bring a positive attitude to the work place and encourage staff to do so also. Work together with everyone as a team and work together to solve problems. Always make the guests feel they are special and important and let them know you appreciate their patronage.
