The life of a flagger is all about safety and having flexability.

Pros: being outdoors and not confined in a building or room with a bunch of back biting,trouble making bitches.
Cons: traveling out of the area where i live to work in another county.

Pros: Discovering places that I thought I knew where they were and the beautiful countryside.
Cons: The inconvenience of not being able to stop when you need to.

Long Hours, Low Paychecks, Grossly incompetent management.

Cons: Human Resources repeatedly demonstrates that they do not care about individuals at the lower levels, crew supervisors lie about performance to higher levels in order to prevent them from rising.

Easy going due to many backroads.

Pros: It has beautiful scenery and there are many back roads which is less traffic
Cons: the drivers on the road are terrible and i have to travel 50 miles or more a day

Pros: It’s close to home.
Cons: The traffic, transient population, the lazy people begging for money to buy booze and drugs.
