Overall exciting experience. In Abu Dhabi Police I get to use my consistently growing knowledge to improve physical and mental toughness of Police Officers. I get to train tactical teams, pilots, or higher ranker officers in the Officer's Club.

Pros: I like to work in law enforcement becouse I'm able to have part on their great performance and discipline by creating and executing individual or standardized training plans.
Cons: Lack of oportunities for carrier growth

Pros: Correct people on exercises. Hand out custom work-out schedules. Do Group sessions.
Cons: There isn't a lot of appreciation form management to the pepole who actually do the work that is needed to keep the business going... I am certified to do personal training but the company doesn't have that much possibilities.

Pros: Performin and creating fitness routines. Building positive relationships with the members.
Cons: The physical condition of the building and poor health and safety environment. No investment of the facility in a robust and timely fashion. Lack of growth and limited opportunity to develop programs. Being overlooked for advancement when requesting growth opportunities. Applying for position and not getting it when I meet qualifications.
