Stressful but wonderful.
Financial Assistant:
Pros: I am the first point of call for all decisions. Whenever there is a query or a problem I am the first one that is consulted. I have a large amount of responsibility but also a large amount of respect.
Cons: There is a lot of stress involved. I am the problem solver and am required to give input in all spheres: accounting, hr and the day-to-day running of the business. I am very seldom able to take a day's leave.

Cons: Minimum payment, junior position, not respected by other staff members.
